About the Lexington Park Business Association, Inc.

LEXBA exists to empower and uplift the community of Lexington Park! 

Established in January 2025, the Lexington Park Business Association, Inc. (LEXBA) is an independent community-based nonprofit corporation. We are a non-partisan 501(c)(6) tax-exempt organization with no political affiliation.

The LEXBA desires to promote strong businesses in Lexington Park and is open to anyone who has a business interest within the area. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 8 a.m. at the Lexington Park Library.

According to U.S. Census, the Lexington Park Zipcode (20653) is home to over 25,000 residents, 400+ businesses, and the county’s third-largest land area. Lexington Park stands strong as the thriving heartbeat, Economic Engine, and Community Hub of St. Mary’s County.

LEXBA’s mission is to empower and uplift Lexington Park by uniting businesses and community partners into one voice that advances member-driven priorities and positive growth. LEXBA organizes and amplifies the Lexington Park business community by advocating for shared interests and building practical, member-led action plans that move top priorities forward. LEXBA champions Lexington Park’s strengths by building community pride and business momentum through collaboration, visibility, and coordinated initiatives.

Nonprofit Advisory Board
Our Lexington Park Business Association, Inc. Advisory Board is a volunteer committee that provides guidance and support to our nonprofit's governing board, often offering specialized expertise and resources. Unlike the Board of Directors, our Advisory Board does not have formal legal responsibilities and do not have voting rights, however are valuable resources for program evaluation, and community outreach.

It fills my heart with immense honor to serve as President of the Lexington Park Business Association, Inc. Established in January 2025, our association was born from collaboration, passion, and a shared vision by dedicated stakeholders and community champions whose steadfast commitment, enthusiasm, and tireless efforts have helped us chart a purposeful path forward. Together, we are not merely witnessing growth, we are actively cultivating empowerment, uplifting our neighbors, and shaping a future that celebrates prosperity and unity.
