Community Culture & Cuisine - Vendor Registration

Join LexBA for our 3rd annual Community Culture & Cuisine event in St. Mary's Square! We are now accepting vendor applications.

The CCC is hosted in St. Mary's Square in Lexington Park on Saturday, June 27 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Each year we host entertaining performances from various cultures, an array of activities, interactive crafts, and children's games, and cuisines from around the world: Jerk chicken from Jamaica, Potatoes from Ireland and everything in between!

Approved vendors will have 10’ x 10’ outdoor spaces to sell family-friendly items. $50 vending fee. We are particularly looking for culturally-focused vendors, but we will consider every application. Approved food trucks must submit their truck sizes and orientation so that we can accurately place the vehicles. $100 vending fee.

Vendor setup time begins at 8:30 a.m. and all vehicles need to be removed by 10:00. If you do not arrive in the approved window, we reserve the right to refuse entry. Breakdown begins no earlier than 4 p.m. and must be complete by 5 p.m.

Please note that this registration form is an application only and must be approved by the CCC team. Once your application is received and approved, someone from the team will reach out to you to arrange payment for your space(s).
